Intern Team 2010
Posted by 3D-Outreach on 11 May 2010As mentioned in our article about the Year Ahead, 3D-Outreach is undergoing some amazing new adjustments. In light of this, we decided it best to change our normal way of running Interns Teams for 2010. For this year we have integrated our team members into J-Life, a youth ministry training program. We have the privilege of being in a mentorship relationship with three young ladies who have passion and a deep love for ministry.
We’d love for you to meet these wonderful ladies, so we have asked each of them to share a little of who they are:
Ncumisa: I am 21 and reside in Secunda, Mpumalanga. I heard about Jesus and started going to church and that is where I decided to accept Salvation. It had a big impact on me because now it is faith that keeps me going. It is this experience that makes me want to be a part of going in the Lord’s name to tell people about Him and see them changed by His saving hand.
Nicole: I am19 years old and come from Glenvista in Gauteng. I am a born again believer – became a believer at age six at my family church. My faith has changed my life, the way I think and the way I act. I now live to please God and love others more. I believe that God is powerful, forever working in mysterious ways and loves purely – it is this news that I want to share with other people.
Buang: I am 19 years of age and come from Tampostad near Rustenburg. I believe that Jesus forgives us for our sins and therefore we can come to Him. He is the vine and we are the branches – without Him we are nothing. I want to preach this knowledge in a creative way and do His will in my life. I am committed to God and ready to serve the Lord.
We are extremely excited to see what God is going to do in the lives of these ladies this year. We have high hopes for each of them and know that God is going to use them in wonderful ways to touch many people’s lives.
