Missions trips

Posted by 3D-Outreach on 19 June 2015

One of our focus areas here at 3D-Outreach is to mobilise churches into missions through short term outreaches. These outreaches give people the opportunity to volunteer and offer mission service and assistance in a variety of ways to various missionaries throughout the African continent. As an organisation, we are able to help provide assistance through training and consulting throughout the preparation process as well as coming on the trip as a leader etc.IMG-20141203-WA000

At the moment we are assisting with 3 outreaches, each are unique, and are needing help from us in different ways. One church from Johannesburg is sending a team of 12 to Lesotho for 5 days to do door to door visitations and children’s ministry – they need our assistance in a training capacity. Another church in Hartebeespoort is sending a IMG_1566team of 10 to Welkom to help a pastor reach out to his community they are needing us to walk the entire journey of planning, consulting and leading the outreach. Yet another group we are assisting, consists purely of young people, who will be having their first missions experience – they are needing us to help plan a one day cross cultural outreach.

As you can see there are a variety of ways we can be helping to mobilise churches into missions.

So, if you are planning or thinking about planning an outreach, we would love to provide assistance. Whether it be a one day missions trip, a weekend trip or one that runs over a week or 2, we would be available to do training and/or help you think through important aspects such as budget, venue, program, etc. Or if you simply need to ask a few questions we would love to meet for coffee.2 (3)
